| FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE, AUGUST 2008 NEBRASKA JAZZ ORCHESTRA ANNOUNCES 2008-2009 SEASON Contact: Nebraska Jazz Orchestra 402-477-8446, njo@artsincorporated.org Lincoln, NE - The Nebraska Jazz Orchestra announces their 2008-2009 season of events. This spectacular season of the Nebraska Jazz Orchestra will feature outstanding, nationally-known guest instrumentalists, popular big-band favorites and exciting new arrangements. Guest artists for the season include acclaimed trombonist Bill Watrous, multi-talented woodwind performer Mike Tomaro, world-class percussionist Dana Hall, and one of L.A.'s most highly sought and award winning trumpet players Wayne Bergeron. Season tickets are available: Adults $90, and Students $48. Season Tickets are offered to new subscribers at 50% off the regular price. General admission tickets for individual concerts may be purchased in advance or at the door for each concert. Ticket prices are: Adults $20, Students $10. Tomaro will be performing with both the NJO and the 2009 Young Lions All-Star Band. Included in this concert will be a local jazz ensemble as part of our Jazz 101 program.
